Username: Full Fidelity Email Address (ie: user@fidnet.com or user@fidmail.com)
Password: Your Fidelity Email Password

Incoming IMAP Port: 993
Outgoing SMTP Server: secure.emailsrvr.com
Outgoing SMTP Port: 465
Our Outgoing SMTP Server does require authentication so please select the appropriate option for this if prompted while setting up your device. We also use SLL encryption on both Incoming and Outgoing Ports so please select this as well if prompted.

We strongly advise against setting up mailboxes as POP, as it is an outdated protocol. POP also does not sync emails back to the server (read/unread states, sent emails, deleted emails) and deletes emails on the server after 14 days, if configured incorrectly. So, if your hard drive or device fails, we won't have a copy of the emails on the server; as the only copy is stored locally on your device.
