IF YOU HAVE LEASED EQUIPMENT
If you are leasing equipment from Fidelity Communications, such as a cable modem, digital receiver, DVR, etc., please return the equipment to your local office. If your equipment is not returned by your next billing cycle, you will be billed for the equipment.
IF YOU OWN YOUR EQUIPMENT
If you own your equipment, it does not need to be returned.
