If you are unable to resolve issues with your equipment or service using our online self-help tools or an agent, it may be necessary to send a technician to your home for a service call.
If the problem is caused by Fidelity Communications equipment or wiring, our technicians will resolve the issue at no charge. However, if it is determined that the issue is caused by equipment or wiring inside your home, the service call may result in a $80.00 fee.
Fidelity Communications offers a Inside Wire Maintenance Program. This program covers service visits by Fidelity Communications technicians to your home to resolve many problems with wiring and equipment connections. You can add Inside Wire Maintenance for $4.50 a month to avoid any charges for covered problems.
