The Carrier Cost Recovery Charge is a monthly service charge of $1.50 that is applied to each residential or business line presubscribed to Fidelity’s long distance service. This charge applies to all plans, regardless of other billable charges, and it does not contribute towards any applicable minimum monthly charge.
