Prerequisites: You must be subscribed to Fidelity Communications internet service, and connected via a Fidelity Communications provided cable modem.  Fidelity does not currently support customer provided cable modems.

Next, you will need to have a device that meets the following minimum system requirements:

• PC running Windows operating system (the most current version of Windows preferred) 
• 500 megabytes of free disk space 

• Installed Network Interface Card (NIC) running DHCP 

Apple/MAC 

• Macintosh Power PC running OS X or greater meeting the minimum system requirements for your operating system 
• 500 megabytes free disk space 
• Installed Network Interface Card (NIC) running DHCP 

Game Consoles 

• Microsoft X-Box / X-Box 360 / XBOX One 
• Nintendo GameCube / Wii / Wii-U 
• Sony PlayStation 2 / PlayStation 3 / PlayStation 4 / PlayStation 5 

Note: Fidelity Communications provides limited support for older device operating systems.
