Since FidelityTV is app based, you will need a device to download the app.  Some devices require a login for their service.  For example, Apple requires an Apple iCloud account and Amazon must have an Amazon account. These should be set up prior to adding FidelityTV.

You will need an active e-mail address from any e-mail provider.  This will be your username for FidelityTV.  We recommend using an email you remember and can access.  We will send you an email to get started.  We may use this email to contact you in case of account updates.  

If you do not have an email address, please set up one prior to subscribing to FidelityTV.

You must also have Fidelity’s Internet service.
